1. Acceptance

By using RedditFlow you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to view, browse, or submit content. By clicking the age-gate confirmation you represent under penalty of perjury that you meet this requirement.

3. Content

RedditFlow aggregates publicly-shared content from Reddit and RedGifs. We do not own that content. We provide search, filtering, and presentation tools on top of it. We do not represent that any specific content is accurate, legal in your jurisdiction, or available indefinitely.

The Rate Cocks board accepts user uploads. By submitting, you affirm that:

• You are 18+ and every person depicted is 18+.
• You own or have explicit consent to share the content.
• The submission contains nothing illegal under U.S. federal law or your local jurisdiction.
• You understand "public" submissions are visible to all visitors after operator review.

We reserve the right to reject any submission for any reason and delete the file immediately. Rejected submissions are not recoverable.

4. Accounts

Free to create. You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity under your account. You can request account deletion via the contact email above.

5. Founders

The first 250 signups who provide feedback receive a "Founder" status, which grants free access to any future paid features. This status is non-transferable, tied to the account email, and may be revoked for abuse of these terms.

6. Prohibited

You may not: (a) attempt to upload anything depicting a minor, (b) scrape or republish the aggregated content in bulk, (c) attack the service, (d) impersonate others, (e) violate any third-party rights.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." We aren't liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Maximum liability is capped at the greater of $50 or what you've paid us in the prior 12 months (currently $0 for everyone).

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes get announced via the site or email. Continued use after updates means acceptance.
