Required elements of a notice (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3))

1. Physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work (or representative list).
3. Identification of the infringing material (URL on reddiflow.fun).
4. Your contact information (address, phone, email).
5. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized.
6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and that you are the owner or authorized to act.

Process

We aim to remove or disable access to identified content within 48 hours of receiving a complete notice. We notify the uploader (if applicable) and provide them with a copy of the notice. Counter-notices can be sent to the same email.

Reddit / RedGifs content

The aggregated content displayed in the Stream feed is hosted by Reddit or RedGifs, not by us. We display links and metadata; the actual bytes come from their servers. DMCA notices about that content are better sent directly to them — they have established takedown processes. We'll honor any takedown notice we receive regardless.

Bad-faith notices

Under § 512(f), anyone who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages. Don't waste anyone's time.
